We want to make using Ardens as easy as possible, but we understand you may need some additional help. We offer additional training, regular updates and various methods to access support so that you can always find the answers to your questions.
Face-to-face training will give you the most hands-on and engaging support that we provide. We can customise any session to meet your specific learning requirements, as well as hints and tips enabling you to use the most optimal functionality of Ardens. Training can be provided at GP Practice, Locality, CCG or User Group level. Please click here for further information.
Online Training Resources
Our Online Training Resources provide a comprehensive library of guidance that can assist you with the day-to-day features of Ardens. The knowledge base consists of useful articles and training videos, including;
- recent updates
- triage & key information
- prescribing & medicines management
- procedures & treatment
- LTCs and reports.
There are also 10-minute-overviews specific to job role which act as a useful reminder of Ardens' key functions.
One of our up & coming support features is our webinars. Ardens Webinars will give you a similar experience to face-to-face training but from your workplace or home. Simply log onto your chosen webinar to gain not only a better understanding of your chosen topic but also to directly ask our Specialists any questions that you may have.

Message Board on SystmOne
Ardens also posts updates and messages on the noticeboard that is integrated within SystmOne which we feel may be useful for you. To access this, when you are in SystmOne just press F8 and look in the bottom left of the screen.
Online Support Resources
As well as useful training videos, the Online Support Resources also include handy support articles & FAQs. If you are not sure exactly what you're looking for, type keywords into the search bar and suggested articles will appear.
