Referral

Input the QOF referral readcode.  

Note: Don't forget that red starsindicate a QOF payment and yellow indicate a local enhanced service payment 

Print a Spirometry leaflet and record smoking information

Electronic PSD - complete this to use the Ardens Patient Specific Directive method 

Test 

Record that the spirometry (with or without medication) test has been undertaken and add the results

Readings

Add relevant values FEV1, FVC etc

Result

Add the interpretation read code.  Click Interpretation:
