In SystmOne the usual GP doesn't show immediately on the demographics box until you place your cursor over it to show the expanded information. As a work around, what you can do is to use reports and patients status alerts which you would have to build yourself. 

To do this: 

1. Build Report

Go to reporting > clinical reporting and build separate reports to find patients for each GP.

2. Build Patient Status Alerts

Then go to setup > data output > patient status alerts and build alerts for each of the above reports for each GP. You can then either display this as a particular coloured circle icon under the patients name which is associated with their GP or make it display the GP’s name on the home screen. In the example below it will do both.
