The local enhanced service (LES) templates and reports are provided as part of the Ardens Plus & Pro package and ensure all your service specifications, templates and reports are all in one place. This saves you hunting in folders for this & wasting valuable time. For further information about this, please just contact us.
To access your LES template, go to Auto consultations > Ardens Contracts or just search for your CCG or ICS name in the bottom left of SystmOne. You can also add this template to your F12 favourites for quick access. This LES template will have links to all of the main relevant templates that are required as part of your local enhanced services, along with a link to the specificatinons. On the main templates, a yellow star will be present next to any payment field. Please note though that these yellow stars are not specific to your CCG/ICS as this is not possible t, but clicking the yellow star at the bottom right of the template will however open your local enhanced service template with the service specifications on.
Ardens also provides the appropriate contract reports too. To see these, go to Clinical Reporting > Ardens > Contracts | CCG
Some LES indicator reports are for item/activity counts, not patient counts. An example is phlebotomy tests done. These are highlighted with '(breakdown by item count)' at the end of the report name. For further information on this, please see this support article.
Please note: Sometimes a number of SNOMED codes exist which have the same meaning, for example ‘asthma review’ and 'asthma monitoring’. If you have a CCG or Public Health Department who reports on your data on your behalf, they will need to include the code that is used on Ardens. This should be simple for them to do and is no different to how QOF. NCD, CQRS, SMI and other contracts and code clusters work. If any assistance is needed for this, please let us know. To see a list of the codes that are used on Ardens for payment purposes, please see here.
