Getting Started with Ardens SystmOne - Practice Management Team

Thursday 9th October, 1pm - 2pm


The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role. 


This session is aimed at introducing Practice Managers, Assistant Practice Managers, IT Managers, and Senior Practice Team members to the Ardens SystmOne resources and covers the various searches Ardens provide, including local enhanced services, national contracts, LTC Review invites, prescribing searches and vaccination invites.

Getting Started with Ardens SystmOne - Nurses and HCAs

Tuesday 14th October, 1pm - 2pm


The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role. 


This session is aimed at introducing the nursing team to the Ardens SystmOne resources and will cover the likes of long-term condition reviews, immunisations, injections, and other treatment room templates.

The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role. 


This session is aimed at introducing GPs & ANPs to the Ardens SystmOne resources and covers the likes of the general consultation template, 2 week waits, end of life prescribing and death documentation.

Tuesday 11th November, 1pm - 2pm


The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.


This session is aimed at introducing Senior Administrators, Administrators and Admin staff responsible for searches to the Ardens SystmOne resources, including the Ardens searches and administration templates.

Getting Started with Ardens SystmOne - Pharmacists 

Thursday 20th November, 1pm - 2pm


The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.


This session is aimed at introducing the Pharmacists and Pharmacist Technicians to the Ardens SystmOne resources, and include locating and utilising the pharmacists templates, adding patient recalls for ad-hoc blood tests, identifying recalls due, and navigating the Ardens searches to pinpoint potential clinical safety issues. Additionally, the session will cover topics such as prescribing monitoring, and managing outstanding contract work such as Network Contract DES.

Tuesday 25th November, 1pm - 2pm


The following session is designed for practice staff new to the Ardens resources. These role-based sessions provide an introductory overview of Ardens, emphasising its advantages, and include a demonstration of resources specifically relevant to your role.


This session is aimed at reception staff and will focus on the Ardens resources relevant to the reception team.
