We want to make using Ardens as easy as possible, but we understand you may need some additional help. We offer additional training, regular updates and various methods to access support so that you can always find the answers to your questions.
Training
Face-to-face Training
Face-to-face training will give you the most hands-on and engaging support that we provide. We can customise any session to meet your specific learning requirements, as well as hints and tips enabling you to use the most optimal functionality of Ardens. Training can be provided at GP Practice, Locality, CCG or User Group level. Please click here for further information.
Online Training Resources
Ardens Academy is our free online learning platform designed to help you improve your knowledge and get the most out of your Ardens tools.
Our course content covers all areas of Ardens resources, as well as general primary care knowledge. Learn at your own pace and in a way that suits your role, with a range of bitesize courses, videos and learning paths.
There are also 10-minute-overviews specific to job role which act as a useful reminder of Ardens' key functions.
Webinars
Ardens Webinars will give you a similar experience to face-to-face training but from your workplace or home. Simply log onto your chosen webinar to gain not only a better understanding of your chosen topic but also to directly ask our Specialists any questions that you may have.

Keeping Up-to-date
Facebook Group
Ardens Chat is our interactive Facebook platform where existing Ardens users can give feedback, ask questions & hopefully pick up some useful tips on Ardens. Join the group here.
Monthly Emails
Ardens Monthly Emails provide you with information on major updates on Ardens, general clinical guidance changes and how we have incorporated these within Ardens. To subscribe to these, sign up at the bottom of this page.
Message Board on SystmOne
Ardens also posts updates and messages on the noticeboard that is integrated within SystmOne which we feel may be useful for you. To access this, when you are in SystmOne just press F8 and look in the bottom left of the screen.

As well as useful training videos, the Online Support Resources also include handy support articles & FAQs. If you are not sure exactly what you're looking for, type keywords into the search bar and suggested articles will appear.
